6. Service Engagements and Results Disclaimer

These Terms govern your use of the website. Separate agreements, proposals, or contracts govern any paid services you engage Socioryx for. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or timelines.

Results Disclaimer. Results from digital marketing campaigns vary based on numerous factors including market conditions, audience behaviour, platform algorithms, and budget. Socioryx makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, including but not limited to follower growth, engagement rates, conversion rates, revenue, or return on ad spend.

7. Platform Dependency Disclaimer

Our services may involve work on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others. Socioryx is not responsible for any changes to these platforms' policies, algorithms, advertising rules, or terms of service that may affect campaign performance, account standing, or deliverables. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to such changes but cannot guarantee continuity of results following platform-side modifications.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or its content. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Socioryx's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Socioryx in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Socioryx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
